A 50% deposit is required upon making a booking on all full price services. Discounted Packages require full payment at the time of reservation. At least 48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel a appointment we do not offer refunds on prepaid treatments.

Our caring and professional therapists have the utmost respect for your privacy and modesty and all personal information shared will remain confidential. It is our intention to provide a safe, healing environment based on trust where you can truly relax.
Summer Elisabeth Day Spa is delighted to offer customised gift certificates. Please ask a Spa Host for more details. Gift certificates must be redeemed within 3 years. Please quote your voucher number when booking and present voucher on arrival. Gift Certificates are non refundable.
Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when having a treatment. Please mention at the time of booking to ensure our double room is booked.
If you wish to book our couples room please mention at the time of booking.
Refunds for online purchases
If a refund is applicable we will advise you via email and once we’ve received and processed the returned item. You will receive a refund in the same manner of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shopping costs from your refund. The above terms and conditions are an integral part of every sale. Summer Elisabeth Day Spa reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at any time, without prior notice.
Summer Elisabeth Day Spa endeavours to ship products ordered in our online store within 48 hours of payment. Payments are processed Monday to Friday (Public Holidays excluded). Summer Elisabeth Day Spa does not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Transit times vary, so please allow 5-10 days for your order to arrive. At present we ship nationally to all Australian states and those postcodes serviced by Australia Post and Sendle.
Plans put on hold by COVID-19 border restrictions?
Don’t worry – we’ll help you out. You’ll always be eligible for a credit voucher for the full value of your booking if your spa treatment is cancelled or affected by border restriction changes or COVID. You’ll then have three years to use your credit. All pre paid treatments are non refundable.
If your cancellation is due to being in a COVID Hot Spot we require 12 hours notice via email to email@example.com with a copy of your COVID Test being sent off as well as confirmation you were in a Hot Spot.
